Oktawia- bitter variety

Bred by crossing of Brewers Gold and North Brewer with wild hops originating from the area of former Yugoslavia. Very lush and growing vigorously. Side shoots very long, hard to break. The first shoots bearing flower set rather low, about 70 cm from the soil surface. Very large number of cones, evenly distributed on the plant. Light green cones, medium size, of about 3 cm in length. Bracts fitted closely, loosely arranged on the strig. Very delicate strig. Intense, slightly spicy aroma. Harvested in mid-September.

Zbyszko- bitter variety

Bred by crossing varieties of Lubelski, Brewers Gold and wild hops with ones treated with mutagenic agent (CO60) . Conical plant cross-section, the stem green and red with subtle stripes. The first shoots bearing flower set rather low, about 40 cm from the soil surface. Large number of cones, evenly distributed on the plant. Low-rising variety. Light green cones, medium size, of about 2.5 cm in length, oval. Bracts fitted closely, tightly arranged on the strig. Aroma: intense, pleasant Harvested in the beginning of September.

Zula- bitter variety

Bred by crossing of Lubelski and Sawiński Golding with wild male hops coming from the area of former Yugoslavia. Fast growing plant, lush, club-shaped intersection, green stem. Medium density of foilage. Side shoots hard to break. The first shoots bearing flower set rather low, about 70 cm from the surface of the ground. Large number of cones, evenly distributed on the plant. Light green cones, medium size, of about 3 cm in length, oval. Bracts fitted closely, very tightly arranged on the strig. Aroma: intense, pleasant Harvested in mid-September.
